Terms of sale and license

Last updated: October 2026. Utterkey is made and sold by Alpha Stream Global (“we”).

1. Free personal license

You may download and use Utterkey free of charge for personal, non-commercial use on your own computers, for as long as you like.

2. Pro license (one-time purchase)

• A Pro purchase gives one person a perpetual license to use Utterkey Pro, including for commercial and business use, on the computers they personally use.
• Your license includes all future updates to Utterkey for as long as we make them. It never expires and needs no subscription.
• Licenses are personal. Please don’t share or resell your license key. Teams should buy one license per person.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include applicable sales tax or VAT where required.

4. Refunds

See our refund policy: full refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or remove license checks from Utterkey, except where the law allows. Open-source components keep their own licenses (listed in the app’s third-party notices).

6. No warranty

Utterkey is provided “as is”. Speech recognition can make mistakes, so review important text before you send it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
